This privacy policy protects the operations of Luxury Glow directed at customers in the United States and Europe and applies to personal information that Luxury Glow receives in various contexts, Luxury Glow national applications, all other websites, mobile sites, services, applications, platforms and other tools where the terms of use of Luxurious Glow are referenced or to which the terms of use do not apply, as well as your visits to or interactions with us in any of our stores or elsewhere (collectively, the "Sites"). You may access our websites via a computer or mobile phone (via a mobile website or mobile application) or any other applications or services that link to this privacy policy; Aliexpress us in our stores; communicate with us;consider purchasing from our partners; connect with us on social media; or participate in any of our programs or events.
We may provide different or additional privacy notices in connection with activities, programs, and offerings. We may also provide additional “just in time” notices that may supplement or clarify our privacy practices or provide you with additional choices about your personal information.
Our sites may use links to websites and/or applications operated and used by third parties. Please note that we do not control the privacy policies of websites or applications that are not official. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of these third parties.
2. What personal information do we collect?
The types of personal information we collect from you depend on how you interact with us and our products and services. When we use the term “personal information,” we mean information that identifies, relates to, characterizes, or can be associated with you. Basic information, including your full name, nickname, postal address, email address, telephone number, date of birth, account name, signature, username, social media username or other similar identifiers.
The IDs issued during the event have your driver's license number or other similar government-issued ID.

Geolocation data Information that is included that allows us to determine your location, such as if you manually provide location information or allow your mobile device to transmit precise location information to us.

Demographic information, including age, gender, race, ethnicity, estimated income, and household information, some of which may include characteristics that are protected classifications that are required by law or U.S. federal obligations.
User Content, your communications with us and any other content you provide (such as social media profiles, photographs, images, videos, survey responses, comments, product reviews, testimonials and other content).
Audio and visual information, including photographs, images, videos and recordings of your voice (for example, when we record customer service calls for quality assurance).
Conclusions Conclusions drawn or created from any of the information provided above.
Sensitive Personal Information Luxurious Glow collects only sensitive personal information, as defined by applicable privacy laws, for purposes permitted by law or as agreed to by you. Luxurious Shine does not collect or process sensitive personal information for the purpose of inferring characteristics about you.
3. How we collect your personal information
We collect personal information about you from different sources. For example, we collect and receive information:
Directly from you We collect personal information provided to you, such as when you make a purchase; register for accounts or create a profile; sign up for the Beauty Insider program; contact us; respond to a survey; make a reservation; schedule a pick-up for in-store or online services; confirm your participation in an event; communicate with us in store (including in-store digital events); participate in a sweepstakes, contest or other campaign or promotion; respond to a survey; apply for a job; or sign up to receive email, text messages and/or mailings.
Use of Online Tracking and Other Automatic Data Collection Technologies When you visit our websites, open or click on emails we send you, or interact with our advertisements, we or third parties that with which we cooperate, automatically collect detailed information using online tracking technologies such as pixels, web beacons, custom software development kits, external libraries and cookies.
We use in-store and other offline technologies to record customer service calls and transcribe chats for quality assurance. We also use closed-circuit television or CCTV in our stores for safety, security, fraud prevention, loss prevention, and operational purposes. In addition In addition, some of our stores use an adapter that transmits a Bluetooth signal and/or works with your mobile phone running the Luxurious Glow mobile applications (“Beacon”). If you enable the beacon on your mobile device, we collect device information and other unique identifiers and geolocation data when you visit our stores.
From networks and platforms, when you interact with our social networks or use features such as plugins, widgets or other tools provided by specific networks and social platforms (including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Google, YouTube and Pinterest) in connection with our sites, we collect information that you disclose to us or what social networks disclose to us. For more information about the privacy policies of these social networks, please review the privacy policy and settings of the social networks and platforms you use.
From other sources We may, for example, receive information about you from other sources, such as analytics providers, marketing or advertising service providers, prevention service providers fraud, vendors who provide services on our behalf or publicly available sources. We also create information based on our analysis of the information we have collected from you.
4. Cookies and similar online tracking technologies.
We and our third-party partners and service providers (such as advertising networks, analytics providers, platforms and social media networks) use pixels, web beacons, SDKs, add-on libraries, cookies and other similar online tracking technologies (so-called “Online Tracking Technologies”) to collect information when you interact with our sites or send emails. Online tracking technology helps us maintain the security of our websites and your accounts, prevent attacks, correct errors, save your preferences, and provide some site features.
We also permit third parties and service providers to use online tracking technologies on our Websites for analytics and advertising purposes, including managing and displaying ads, tailoring advertising to your interests, or sending reminders about abandoned shopping carts (depending on your communication preferences). If you attempt to make a return, you may be asked to provide a government-issued ID. For certain services such as online or mobile applications of Luxurious Glow , in-store digital capabilities, or consultations with beauty advisors, you may provide physical characteristics and/or health or medical information (note that Luxurious Glow does not store health or medical information).
Communicating with You
We use your personal information to communicate with you—for example, to respond to your inquiries or questions; resolve issues or feedback; take actions related to them; and provide customer service.
Managing Luxurious Glow Programs
We use your personal information to administer our programs such as the Beauty Insider Program, Community, Credit Card Program—and to fulfill our contractual obligations related to these programs. This includes setting up and verifying your account; communicating with you about the program; evaluating your application; tracking rewards/points earned from purchases; providing a forum for discussion, questions, photo sharing reviews—and exchanging experiences.
Marketing and Advertising Purposes
We use personal data for marketing and advertising purposes—for example—to send marketing communications via email, text messages or mail (such as trend alerts, promotional offers, new product launches, event invitations); to show you ads for products/services relevant to your interests on social media platforms and other websites; and to conduct sweepstakes, contests, and similar promotions.
Analytics and Personalization
We use personal data for research and analytics—including improving our services and product offerings; understanding how you interact with our Websites, ads & communications; identifying popular products/services; enhancing our Websites & marketing campaigns; personalizing your experience; saving time during visits; customizing marketing & ads we show you; understanding how you use our mobile apps of Luxurious Glow; creating a more personalized experience when visiting our stores; providing services; better understanding customer needs; and offering personalized recommendations about our products & services.
Security & Fraud Prevention
We use personal data to detect, investigate, prevent or take action regarding potential malicious activity—such as fraudulent transactions; attempts to manipulate or breach our policies & terms; security incidents; as well as protecting the rights, property or safety of Luxurious Glow & its users/customers/employees/others.
Legal Obligations
We use personal data to comply with legal or regulatory requirements; establish or enforce our rights; protect against legal claims.
Core Business Functions
We use personal data to support core business functions—including record-keeping related to business operations management; fraud & loss prevention; collecting amounts owed to us—and ensuring & maintaining website functionality—including identifying & fixing errors or issues.
6. How We Share Your Personal Information
In addition to specific situations discussed elsewhere in this privacy policy (e.g., in the "Cookies & Similar Technologies" section above), we share personal data in the following cases:
Service Providers
We share certain personal information with service providers who perform services supporting our core business functions & internal operations—including order fulfillment; delivery services; processing requests for product shipments or intermediary services; mailing/email/text message dispatches; customer data analysis; marketing assistance; review management & ratings support; beacon support; credit/debit card payment processing; fraud investigation; customer surveys—and customer service.
Social Media Platforms & Networks
Some of our websites feature plugins/widgets/tools provided by social media platforms/networks that may lead to data collection or sharing between us & those parties. Their use of your information is not governed by this privacy policy.
Public Forums
Some websites allow content posting on public forums—for example: Luxurious Glow Beauty Insider community enables participation in Luxurious Shine groups/discussions/gallery sections—rating/review submissions—and product recommendations. If you choose to post information publicly on these forums, it will be accessible publicly.
Legal Processes
We may disclose personal data in response to subpoenas,warrants,court orders,govt requestsor investigations—or when required by law. We may also disclose information to establish/exercise/protect rights of our company/employees/agents/affiliates—to defend against legal claims—to protect safety of visitors—to detect/protect against fraud—and take action regarding illegal activities or policy violations.
Control Transfers
We may disclose personal data if another company acquires some/all assets/shares of Luxurious Glow—who then may use/disclose it similarly as described here. We may also disclose data to potential buyers evaluating a transaction.

7. How We Protect Your Personal Information

For convenience,the Websites include features allowing you stay logged in so you don’t need re-enter passwords each time you access your account. If you choose this option,you should be aware that anyone with access to your device can access/change your account,and make purchases using it. Our use of online tracking technologies may be considered a "sale" or "sharing" under applicable law. Visitors to our website in the USA can opt out of tracking by these third parties by clicking the "Your Privacy Options" link at the bottom of our website and selecting their preferences or by visiting the "Contact Us, FAQ, Legal Information" section in Sephora mobile apps.
If you do not have a Luxury Glow account or are not logged into your Luxury Glow account, your request to opt out of "sale" or "sharing" will be associated only with your browser ID and will not be linked to any account information, as we do not know the connection between your browser and your account.
You can opt out by transmitting an Opt-Out Preference signal, such as Global Privacy Control (GPC) (supported by browsers and/or browser extensions). To download and use a browser supporting the GPC signal, click here: https://globalprivacycontrol.org/orgs. If you choose to use the GPC signal, you will need to enable it for each supported browser or extension you use.
If you want us to link your browser with your account when you submit a request to opt out of "sale"/"sharing" of your personal information or GPC signal, and you have not yet opted out, we recommend submitting the "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" form found in the "Your Privacy Options" section. Third-party categories with whom personal information has been shared that may be considered a "sale"/"sharing": advertisers and marketing partners, analytics providers, and social networks.
We do not sell your personal information as defined under Nevada law.
Canadian residents can control the use of cookies and other online tracking technologies on our website by us and third parties (including advertisers and marketing partners, data analytics providers, and social networks) using our consent management tools. Depending on your province of residence, these tools may be accessible via the “Cookie Settings” link at the bottom of our website or through a banner that appears when visiting our site or opening mobile apps.
Right to Limit Use of Confidential Personal Information
As mentioned above, Sephora collects only confidential personal information as defined by applicable privacy laws for purposes permitted by law or with your consent. Luxury Glow does not collect or process confidential personal information for profiling about you.
Some lawful purposes for collecting and processing confidential personal information include: providing services or goods reasonably expected; preventing, detecting, and investigating security incidents; combating malicious, deceptive, fraudulent, or illegal activities against Sephora; ensuring physical safety; short-term or temporary use; providing services on behalf of Luxury Glow ; as well as verifying or maintaining product or service quality or safety.
Therefore, Luxury Glow does not provide rights to limit the use of confidential personal information.
Right to Access, Correct, and Delete Personal Information
Depending on your US state of residence, you may have rights to request access to and obtain information about personal data we hold about you and how we processed it; correct inaccuracies; obtain a copy; or delete your personal data. You may also have the right to withdraw consent for us to process your personal data. If you are a Canadian resident, you have rights to request access to your personal data; correct inaccurate, incomplete or outdated data; and withdraw consent for collection, use, and disclosure (including for marketing or other secondary purposes). These rights may be limited under certain circumstances by applicable law.
We typically retain your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this privacy policy unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law. If you have authorized Luxury Glow to store your credit card data but do not want such vendors like Sephora receiving updated credit card info via issuer account update services for your card, contact your card issuer.
You can request a copy of the information collected about you by following steps outlined in “Your Rights” above. Depending on your state of residence, you may request a copy up to twice per year per customer.
Responding to Requests
Once you submit a request, we will respond within the timeframe permitted by applicable law. Please note that we may charge a reasonable fee for multiple requests within a 12-month period as allowed by law.
Appealing Requests
Depending on your US state of residence, you may have the ability to appeal our decision regarding your request related to your personal data. To do so, contact us via any method listed in “Contact Us.” We respond to all appeals as promptly as reasonably possible and no later than required by law. If you are a Canadian resident, you may have the right to file a complaint with the privacy commissioner regarding our decision about your request.
Identity Verification
To process certain requests we may need to verify your identity to confirm that the request is from you. We might contact you via phone or email for this purpose. Depending on your request type, we might ask for details such as your name; email address used with Sephora; phone number used with Sephora; last purchase details made online or in-store.
Authorized Agent
Depending on your US state of residence, you can designate an authorized agent to submit requests on your behalf for access or deletion of personal data. You must: (1) provide written signed authorization allowing them to submit such requests; (2) verify your identity directly with us. We may reject requests from agents who do not provide proof they are authorized by you.

Communication Preferences Management
Email: You can unsubscribe from promotional emails at any time:
- By clicking “unsubscribe” link at the bottom of any promotional email from us;
- Or log into your Sephora account > “My Account” page > email preferences settings.
Text Messages: You can opt out from receiving text messages from us by replying “STOP” to any message received from us. Note this will only unsubscribe you from that specific messaging program associated with that number.
Built-in Push Notifications: You can disable built-in push notifications in Luxury Glow mobile apps by changing notification settings within the app itself.
Right Not To Discriminate
We do not discriminate against customers exercising any rights described in our privacy policy.
9. Transfer of Information to Other Countries
Luxurious Glow USA, Inc. is located in Germany.
If you send personal data to Luxurious Glow, your personal data may be processed in a foreign country where privacy laws may be less strict than those in your country. By sending us your personal data, you agree to the transfer, storage, and processing of your personal data in a country other than your country of residence, including, but not limited to, the United States.
10. Children's Privacy
Our Websites are not intended for and are not directed at children under the age of 14. We intentionally do not collect personal information directly from children under 14 without parental consent. If we become aware that a child under 14 has provided us with personal information, we will delete that information from our records.
Additionally, our Websites are not intended for residents of Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Maryland, or New Jersey who are under 18 years old. For these states, if we learn that someone under 18 has provided us with personal information, we will delete that information from our records.

13. Notice Regarding Disclosure Under Bona Fide Financial Incentive/Loyalty Program
We offer our customers a loyalty program (the Beauty Insider program) which provides benefits such as rewards and exclusive offers. We may also offer other programs like sweepstakes or contests (collectively called "Programs"). When you register for these programs, we typically ask for your name and contact details (such as email address or phone number). Since these Programs involve collecting personal data and offering certain preferences or benefits—such programs may be considered "financial incentive programs" under state law or "good faith loyalty programs" under Colorado law. In accordance with applicable standards regarding the value of your personal data—related to valuable offers or discounts on products/services—or other benefits you regularly provide within these programs—we account for costs associated with these offerings.
